Which site, and is anyone there now?
Scope
Is it one device, one area or everyone?
Started
When did it start?
Changed
Has anything changed recently?
Lights
What are the lights on the equipment showing?

After you call

What happens after you call

  1. Finding the fault

We work out whether the fault is in your network, on a carrier's service or somewhere in between.

  2. Our work

If it's something we designed, built or run, we fix it. We do it remotely where we can and on site where we can't.

  3. A carrier's service

If the fault is with a carrier or wholesaler, we raise it with them, follow it up and pass on what they tell us.

  4. Not a client yet

If you're not a client and something is badly wrong, call anyway. We'll tell you what we think the problem is.

We don't publish response times or availability figures. On the call, we'll tell you what we can get to and when.
