Sheet 02 · How we work
How we work
One engineer from the first call to the handover. That's the main reason people come to us.
Six stages
How a job runs
The same engineer looks after your job from the first call to the handover. You can stop after any stage. Some clients take the design and have their own team install it.
- 01
First call
Tell us what's happening and what you need. We'll tell you straight away if it's something we can help with.
Who: The engineer who'd do the job - 02
Site visit
We come out and look at the site: comms room, cabling, roof access, power and line of sight.
Who: Same engineer - 03
Design and quote
You get a written design, an equipment list and a quote. If there's more than one way to connect the site, we compare them for you.
Who: Same engineer - 04
Installation
We install it, or we hand the design to your own IT team or contractor. Either is fine.
Who: Same engineer, plus trades - 05
Handover
Everything is labelled, and you get updated drawings and documentation. They're yours to keep.
Who: Same engineer - 06
Support
If something goes wrong, you call the engineer who built it.
Who: Same engineer
Team size
Why we stay small
We can't take on every job at once, and sometimes we'll tell you to wait or go elsewhere. In return, nobody hands your job to someone who wasn't there for the site visit.
Past work
Where we've worked
Our team has 15+ years in the field. We've set up temporary connections for festivals, long-term connections for mining camps and shared internet for apartment buildings, as well as networks for offices and business sites.
We don't publish client names. Most of this work is inside someone else's building or event, so it's not ours to advertise.
